Statement of the Collection of Personal Information

According to the Personal Data Protection Act (the Act), Bizecurity (Caly Enterprise Corp., Ltd, refers to as “the Company” hereafter) issues its statement of personal data collection notification:

1. Purpose of personal data collection:
   • For service inquiry, issue reporting, opinions… etc. which are related to the feedback from customer service.
   • Other business operation in accordance with the business registration or organization prospectus.
     
     
2. Classification of the personal data collected: 
   Chinese and English name, gender, address, tel. no., mobile phone no., job title, etc.
   
   
3. Source of personal data:
   • Clients and all employees.
   • Legal proxy and assistant of the party.
   • Contact person who is in charge of the business.
   • Judiciary, police, and gendarmerie institutions
   • Third parties who are commissioned by the company within business scopes.
     
     
4. Duration, areas, targets, methods of personal data utilization: 
   1. Duration: Duration necessary for business operation or keeping period stipulated by law.
   2. Targets: The Company, the outsourced institutions, the government agencies with the authorities of investigation or supervision.
   3. Area: The areas where the parties above are located.
   4. Methods: Methods in compliance with the regulations.
      
      
5. In accordance with Article 3 of the Act, you may exercise the following rights to your own personal data:
   • Your rights include to:
     • inquiry and request for a review of the personal data
     • make duplications of the personal data
     • request to supplement or correct the personal data
     • request to discontinue collection, processing or use of personal data

6. The influence on your right that you don’t provide your personal data:
   If you don’t provide your personal data, we may delay or be unable to proceed the necessary review and processing, and therefore we may delay or be unable to provide you with relevant services or business.
